Keep showing up (even when it’s “not working”)

Hey yal!

I’m curious. Does any of this sound familiar?

You post the thing.
Say the prayer.
Send the email.
Start the project.
Show up again and again…

And still, it feels like no one’s noticing?
No doors opening.
No response.
No momentum.

This can be extremely discouraging.
You’re doing the work, stretching in faith, stepping out—and it’s quiet- like real quiet.

It’s Not That You Weren’t Created for It—It’s Just That You’re Not Seeing What You Expected.

Somewhere in the back of your mind, you thought that once you stepped out your comfort zone, did it afraid and/or obeyed what God directed you to do, things would move.

That the post would go viral.
The opportunity would show up.
The obedience would equal immediate outcome.

And when none of that happened, doubt crept in. Your thoughts sound like this:

  • “Maybe this wasn’t God after all…”

  • “Maybe I’m not good enough…”

  • “Maybe no one needs what I have to give…”

How do I know your life right now? Because I’m living it!

This here is deeper than the outcome—it’s about trust.

You’re Not Failing. You’re Sowing.

And sowing feels slow. It feels unseen. It feels unrewarded. But nothing grows without it.

Scripture Drop: Galatians 6:9
“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest—if we do not give up.”

That’s the struggle, right?
The waiting between seed and harvest.
The moment where everything in you wants to stop… but something in you says keep going.

So What Do You Do When You’re Discouraged but Created for It?

1. Remind Yourself Who’s In Charge

If God created you for it, He’s responsible for the outcome.
Your job is to plant. Water. Show up. Stay available.
The results? That’s on Him- we should actually find peace in this right here.

2. Stop Measuring Growth by Response

Just because people aren’t commenting doesn’t mean hearts aren’t being stirred.
Just because you’re not booked doesn’t mean you’re not becoming.

3. Do It for the One

Maybe the one person who needed your post saw it.
Maybe the prayer you prayed shifted something you can’t see.
Maybe the offering you made opened a door you haven’t even walked through yet.

Remember: God often works in the unseen first. So don’t stop now.

I get it. it’s hard. I know it’s tiring and lonely sometimes.

But if this is the thing God created you for—don’t back down just because it doesn’t look big.

You are not done.
You are not forgotten.
You are not wasting your time.

You are being faithful!

Do it for the One.
Even if it feels small.
Even if you’re tired.

Keep showing up cause harvest always comes.

See you over on the vlog later this week to dig deeper!

Much Love,

Natalie
